Typically, activation can take anywhere between 1 hour and 72 hours.
In certain circumstances, we may need to arrange for an OFNL engineer to carry out essential work at your property before we can activate your connection. The time taken to complete any installations will vary based on each plot and development.
Once we receive confirmation that Fibre is available at your property, and an OFNL modem has been installed, we can get you online!
