Guide to Transferring Your Broadband Service When You Move

If you're relocating and wish to bring your broadband service along, we're eager to assist you in making a smooth transition. Follow these steps:

Start by using our postcode checker to verify if our services are available at your new address.

Please provide us with a minimum of one month's notice for this relocation process.

If our services are available at your new location, we can schedule an installation and initiate the seamless transfer of your full-fibre service. There will be a charge for this new connection.

In the event that Rocket Fibre's service is not accessible at your new residence, we will discontinue your current service. However, please be aware that the remaining duration of the minimum contract term will still need to be paid.
